From Tennessee Education Association –
The Tennessee Education Association (TEA) invites Tennessee public high school students to share their voices and creativity through the TEA Student Expression Campaign. This initiative encourages students in grades 9-12 to express their perspectives on social justice through visual art, music, spoken word, video or photography.
Contest submissions will be accepted through March 31, 2025.
This is a powerful opportunity for young creators to be heard and celebrated. Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of TEA member judges, who will select two winners in each category. First-place winners will receive a $1,000 scholarship, and second-place winners will receive $500. All winners will also be honored at the 2025 TEA Summer Leadership Academy in June.
To participate, students must have a TEA Member Sponsor, and TEA can connect them with a sponsor if they don’t already have one.
