SPLASH provides mentoring, caring and guidance to more than 200 youth each year. “We’re a safe place with structure, creativity, snacks and positive adult guidance,” says Newton.
SPLASH is one of ArtsBuild’s Community Arts Partners and Mission Support grant recipients, and a grantee of the TN Arts Commission.
